Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, April 30, 2008 The Park District Annual BudgetThe Arlington Heights Park District Annual Operating Budget is a policy document, an operations guide, a communications device, and a financial planning tool setting goals and objectives for use of the District's funds. The Park District's Annual Operating Budget has received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada for the past four consecutive years. Comprehensive PlanThe Comprehensive Plan is designed to encompass all aspects of Park District operations, including community needs, finance, personnel, parks, land acquisition and development, facilities and programs. It reflects the changing community and the needs of individuals we serve and provides information about the proposed course of action the Park District has established to meet the residents' needs and wants.
