Group Fitness Classes
- Belly Dancing
- Want the latest craze in dance exercise? You'll find it in this non-impact class for all
ages, shapes, and sizes. Not only is this a great dance technique to
learn, it tones muscles and burns calories while exploring new ways
to move your body. You'll feel good inside and out. Class begins
with deep yoga style breathing to enhance the experience and truly
relax the body and mind. You'll be performing rhythmic movements you

- Circuit Training
- Features a proven combination of aerobic exercise and strength
training with weights, resistance tubes and balls, this 65-70 minute
Jazzercise workout covers all the fitness bases as you cross train
your way to a fit and fabulous look.
- Fitness Kick-Boxing
- Work to achieve the top-notch physical condition of a kick boxer or
boxer without the fear of injury. This kick-boxing class combines
the basics of punching, kicking and boxing movement into challenging
aerobic routines for a complete muscular and cardiovascular workout.
This is a non-contact program.
- Jazzercise
- The original dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute class offers
a blend of jazz dance and exercise science choreographed to today's
hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk and classics.
Easy-to-follow, fun choreography includes a gently warm up,
30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment
with weights, and a stretch finale.
- Jr. Jazzercise
- The strong exercise habits kids develop now can go a long way in
shaping their future. That's why Jr. Jazzercise teaches things like
coordination, strength, nutrition and the importance of physical
fitness. Kids ages 6-15 experience the joy of physical movement as
they dance their way through specially choreographed,
age-appropriate routines to today's hottest music!

- Pilates Mat Class
- Designed for all ages and abilities. Pilates mat-work gives you a
non-impact, safe and effective exercise. Strengthen muscles along
with improving your flexibility, balance, and posture. Your body
tones and reforms with each class. Wear comfortable clothing and
bring a mat as well as a small towel. Instructor is Pilates
certified and holds other national fitness certifications with a

- Zumba Fitness
- Zumba is a distinctive fusion of Latin and International dance music that combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. - Sculpting and Toning
- This class teaches the basics to gain muscle tone, decrease bone loss, and
increase metabolism. Join a nationally certified personal trainer in this great
workout using a variety of strength training and resistance equipment. You will
develop a solid understanding of resistance training in a comfortable small
group setting.
- T.O.P. American Martial Arts For Adults
- A complete martial arts program focusing on the techniques of kickboxing and
grappling. Ideal for adults who want to learn valuable self-defense techniques
while getting an excellent total body workout in a safe, well-supervised
environment.
