 Buy-A-Brick

To maintain the ambience of downtown Arlington Heights, paving bricks are used for the walkways through the park. Residents and businesses of Arlington Heights have contributed to the Park by purchasing engraved bricks which are placed in the walkways. This Buy-A-Brick program gives people the opportunity to show family trees, propose marriage, honor a loved one, and celebrate anniversaries, among other things.

Buy-A-Brick Options
Donations in any amount are welcome. Recognition in the walkway will be given to donations in the following categories for a 4" x 8" brick paver. Only 13 characters and spaces per line. Three lines maximum per brick.

An individual or not-for-profit group may donate:
$100*  per brick

A business or corporation may donate:
$170* per brick

All donations are tax deductible.

Upon ordering you will receive a note confirming your donation. Installation will be the following spring/summer. The Arlington Heights Park District reserves the right to edit the text and determine the location of pavers. Due to the paving pattern, bricks can only be grouped in pairs.

Senior Center Gift Shop

We now offer attractive travel gift certificates in all denominations for our one-day tour program. Give a special gift to the person who doesn't need any "thing", but might like to spend an enjoyable day visiting interesting locations. A gift of travel is a great way to say, "I care." Gift certificates are also available for gift shop merchandise and Park District senior programs and special events.
