Birthday Parties We offer a unique and flexible birthday party service designed to fit your needs. You can swim, splash, and slide. You can have your child's party and not deal with the stress or mess of having it in your home. Call to reserve your party now.

• All party packages are based on a two hour party.
• Professional park district staff to assist you with the planning from beginning to end.
• Use of a private party room. Party rooms are located next to the family activity pool and in the lower level. The lower level is accessible with a passenger elevator.
• Two party hosts to lead and coordinate the party activities.
• All pool parties include certified lifeguard supervision in addition to the two party hosts.
• Custom designed cake. Choose from several different options. Prices are based on a quarter sheet cake. Larger cakes can be ordered. Ask our professional staff for more details.
• All the trimmings – ice cream, juice, plates, napkins, utensils, decorations, and goody bags for all attending children.
• Room set up and clean-up.

NEW!!! Theme Parties

Olympic Indoor Swim Center is now offering theme birthday parties for a minimal fee. Choose from four different themes:

• Zoo Animal Party
• Sports Party
• Princess Party
• Tropical Party

Each theme has its own unique tableware, tablecloths, prizes, games and goody bags.

We must receive your deposit a minimum of two weeks in advance to book a theme party. Please call our professional staff for more details at 847-577-3025.

Splash Parties There are three pool party options. Adult supervision is required for all children attending the party. Prices cover 15 guests; additional guest pay $5 each. Gold Splash Party Enjoy the private use of the new Family Activity Pool. This includes the flume slide and interactive water play features, pool noodles and the private pool-side party room. $390 Silver Splash Party Groups of 20 or less have the private use of the pool-side party room. For a larger group, use the meeting room on the lower level. Enjoy the Family Activity Pool, Lap Pool and Dive Well during a public swim session. Party hosts lead organized water games with the children. Party goers enjoy the flume slide, interactive water play features, two diving boards and a drop slide. $345 Bronze Splash Party All the amenities of the Silver splash Party with the use of only the Family Activity Pool during a public swim session. This zero depth pool is perfect for younger children with use of the flume slide, tot slide and interactive water play features. $315

Facility Rental Information

Don't want a planned party? Pool rentals and room rentals are available for you to have your own party or event. Birthdays, family reunions, graduations, special occasions, or even business meetings can all be accommodated at Olympic Indoor Swim Center.

Facility Rental Packages

Premier Package - This includes private use of the family activity pool, pool side party room and the entire lower level. Certified lifeguards are provided. Adult supervision is required for pool activities. Price is for up to 75 guests, additional guests are $5 each. $220 per hour

Celebration Package - This includes use of the entire lower level room. This is an ideal room for a family gathering or business meeting. Usage can be scheduled during public swim times so that attendees can use the pool if they like. All pool users must have a valid pool pass or pay the daily admission fee.

The lower level can also be divided for smaller groups. Please ask our professional staff for more details.

Pool Side Package - This is ideal for a smaller gathering. This includes use of the private poolside party room. Usage can be scheduled during public swim times so that attendees can use the pool if they like. All pool users must have a valid pool pass or pay the daily admission fee.
