Register Online Using Cash Instead of a Credit Card


Pay with cash and maintain a priority Online registration. To take advantage of this option: establish a cash account at the Park District Administration Center, 410 N. Arlington Heights Road. Pre-pay into your cash account an amount sufficient to cover the cost of your program registrations and you'll be ready for Online registration. Call 847 577-3003 x7138 for more information.

How do I establish an Online Cash Account?
You must first establish a profile for you and your family through the Online registration system on the Park District's Web site. Then come to the Park District Administration Center to complete the necessary authorization to create the account and make your payment into the account.
How much money do I need in my Online Cash Account?
You need to have sufficient funds in your account to cover the cost of all of your program registrations. For example, if you wish to register for Tee-Ball ($75) and swim lessons ($85) then your account balance must be $160.
Is there a fee charged for this service?
No, the Park District does not charge a fee for this service unless you incur a fee for a returned check or other bank processing.
How can I check my account balance?
You simply need to access your account profile through Online registration to check your cash account balance.
How do I add money to my account when the balance is running low?
Once your account is established, you may add money to your account at any time by mailing a check to the Park District (AHPD, 410 N. Arlington Height Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 Attention: Registration) along with the Online Cash Account form.
What happens if there is not enough money in my account to cover the cost of the registration?
If you are registering Online and there is not enough money to cover the cost of the entire registration, the classes will be taken in order of those registered until the account balance reaches zero or until there are not sufficient funds to cover the cost of the next program. At this point, any remaining programs will not be processed - you will NOT be placed on the wait list. The remaining registrations will have to be re-entered when sufficient funds are placed into the Online Cash Account.
Can I combine cash and credit card payment for my Online registration?
No, you must choose either cash or credit card for payment of one entire Online registration session.
