Flex Spending/Tax Letter Information

No need to request information, Arlington Heights Park District automatically mails Flex Spending/Tax Letters for the previous calendar year for the following programs by the end of January:

• CAP
• Arlington Adventure and Sunny Meadows Day Camp
• Curtain's UP Performance Camp
• Camp Arlington (summer school camp)

Please fill out the Flex Spending/Tax Letter Information form only if:

• Your child participated in other programs not listed above.
• Your address changed since the previous year.
• You did not receive your letter by February 15.

Your request for additional tax information will be mailed no later than January 31.
