Trick or treat from vehicle to vehicle in the parking lot at Betsy Ross School. Businesses and organizations will decorate their vehicles and trunks and provide some "Halloween Handouts." Come in costume; we'll provide the treat bags. (Parents should accompany their children during the event.)
