AHPD CLASS Employees

The Arlington Heights Park District is asking you to help us recognize our most outstanding employees.

A CLASS employee excels in one or more of the following areas:

• Customer Satisfaction
• Leadership
• Attitude
• Service
• Safety

Has an Arlington Heights Park District staff member exceeded your expectations in any of the areas listed above? If so, please take a few moments to fill out a CLASS nomination form. Forms are also available at the registration desk of each park facility.

Nominations are based on a specific instance from which an Arlington Heights Park District employee demonstrated one or more of the above CLASS values.

The Arlington Heights Park District staff member you nominate will receive a copy of your nomination, a commemorative pin, and is eligible to win a quarterly prize. Quarterly winners are eligible for annual grand prizes.

Nominees and Winners

All quarterly nominees and winners will be announced and recognized at the end of each quarter. The annual winners are announced in December.
