Dwayne Cruz

From 1999 to 2004 Dwayne was the director of coaching and player development at Chicago United FC.  In 2004 the club merged and formed Kickers United and KUFC Premier for which Dwayne was the director of coaching.  During these years Dwayne coached teams to 2 Illinois State Cup Championships and one 2nd place finish, 1 U.S. Club National Championship and two 2nd place finishes.

In his 20 years of coaching Dwayne has helped over 100 players advance on to play at the college level.  As the head coach of the Harper College women's team since 2000, Dwayne has led the Lady Hawks to the National Junior College Tournament in 2002, 2010 and 2012.

Darren has been the Varsity Head Coach of two high schools in the Chicago land area. He is the current Varsity Boys and Girls Head Coach since 2005 at Hersey High School and also coached the Varsity Girls at Wheeling High School. Throughout his coaching career Darren has had the opportunity to coach for travel programs that include the Cary Defenders, KUFC, and Copa FC. Darren's playing experience took him from St Charles Celtics to Greenville College, and to Italia Calabria/Marconi London Ontario.

Chip began coaching in 2001 for the KUFC where he worked jointly to oversee youth activiteis for the club.  In 2009 he became the Youth Director for Campton United Soccer Club where he lead and developed various programs at the U8/U9, Junior Soccer Academy, Academy and Camps.  He was responsible for program growth, player development and the club's player philosophy and curriculum for the youth age groups.

Chip is an enthusiastic coach/trainer with a reputation for educating and increasing the overall enjoyment and love for the game.  He is dedicated to developing the skills and confidence in his players so they can achive their goals.

Lisa Rudnicki

Lisa was the general manager for the Chicago Breeze as well as a part of their camp staff (2006-2011), assisted coaching at Harper College (2008-2011) and was a part of KUFC Staff. She played at Hoffman Estates High School and continued to play at Harper College.

Lisa brings an energetic love of the game to the Aces administration staff as well as training youth camps, classes and school activities in the area.

Chuck comes to Aces from Deerfield, and Maine West High School. Chuck played at Maine West High School, and continued his collegiate career at Oakton Community College and Eastern Illinois University (NCAA Div 1). Chuck is heavily involved in the technical, speed and agility aspects of player development and loves to see players work everyday to improve their skills at practice and during games.

Bryan Dahlquist

Since 2010 Bryan has been the Assistant Varsity Coach at St. Viator's High School. Bryan has also coached at St Charles East High School and the Kettle Morraine Soccer Club in Wisconsin. Bryan began his Soccer career as a player in 1999 where he played on the Chicago Sockers. From there, Bryan went on to play at Conant High School for four years where he was All State High School All American and played at the collegiate level at Marquette University.

Bert Garcia

Bert comes from a versatile coaching background. His experience ranges from the U8 to the U16 level. He has trained both boys and girls teams from Long Grove, Grove United, and Celtic. Bert played for a variety of clubs himself throughout his 20 year career. Teams that Bert has been a part of include Green and White, Celtic, Aces, Fremd High School, and Harper College.

For over thirty years Dave has enjoyed coaching soccer on all levels for youth athletes. Dave played soccer in high school and continued to play club in college.
Dave pushes players to learn what it truly means to be a teammate and to strive for team achievements above individual accolades.  Dave brings his numerous years of experience with him to help teach young players to become young adults as he knows that lessons you learn on the field will carry over and will be used in life.

Phillip continues to be the Assistant Coach at Harper College with Dwayne Cruz. Phillip continues to play for the Hellenic United Athletic Club of the National League. Phillip has previously played for Sockers Magic Alliance U23, and Harper College.

Wail Mohamed (Mo)

Mo's coaching career focuses on goal keeping. From a number of goal keeping camps to little kickers, Mo is sure to train goalies at each level of Aces. His professional playing career has spanned 10 years (2001-2011) and has taken him all over the world.  Mo was on the School National Team (1996-1997), National Under 20 (1998-2001) and he was on the Olympic National Team from 2001 to 2004.

Jaimie has had numerous years of coaching at a variety of clubs that include BASA, HUSA, Schwaben, and the Crystal Lake Force. After playing for Barrington High School Jaimie was Team Captain for club teams at the Iowa State University (1996-1998) and Oregon State University (1998-2000).

Jamie brings her years of knowledge and experience with youth to the Aces and aims to teach players to respect the game, their opponents and to push themselves each and every day to be the best person on and off the field.
