Designed for all ages and abilities. Pilates mat-work gives you a non-impact, safe and effective exercise. Strengthen muscles along with improving your flexibility, balance, and posture. Your body tones and reforms with each class. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat as well as a small towel. Instructor is Pilates certified and holds other national fitness certifications with a background in nutrition, physiology, and anatomy.
