Rob Laue
Assistant Manager
Rob's job as Assistant Manager requires a little bit of everything: business acumen, interpersonal skills, strong sense of organization, and passion for tennis. "I believe that my combination of experience behind the desk (as Building Coordinator at Schaumburg Park District), in the classroom (with a B.S. in Leisure Studies from the University of Illinois), and on the court (as Varsity Second Singles player at Elgin Larkin High School) has prepared me to excel in this position, " Rob explains. "But what matters above all else, beyond the little day-to-day details of administering a facility, is the client having a remarkable experience. If patrons don't feel comfortable with the vibe of the club, nothing else means anything."
