Baseball, T-Ball, Rookie Ball
You'll find many baseball programs in the Spring and Summer Program Guides. Arlington Heights Park District offers AHPD Baseball School, Fundamentals of Hitting Baseball, Lions Baseball Camp, Pitcher/Catcher Clinics, Skyhawks Baseball, T-Ball, Rookie Ball and High School Fall Baseball.
T-Ball
T-Ball is seven weeks long. The first three weeks for 5-6 year olds and four weeks for 4 year olds are spent developing techniques in hitting, fielding, and throwing. The last four weeks for 5-6 year olds and three weeks for 4 year olds are dedicated to low-key games. View registration info in the summer program guide.
Rookie Ball
Rookie Ball helps boys and girls develop techniques in hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running. Rookie Ball offers the option for players to receive live pitching from the group's coach. The first three weeks are devoted to practice and the last four weeks to low key games. View registration info in the summer program guide
High School Fall Baseball
Attention juniors and seniors. If you are not participating in fall high school sports and are looking for some athletic competition, this program is for you. Games are played weekdays after school at Recreation Park. View registration information in the fall program guide.
