How to Renew Your SplashPass
You can Renew your Annual pass online if you:
1. Renew your Annual pass exactly as you had last year
(same type, same people).
Note: If your pass is expired you cannot renew online.
Access the Online ActiveNet Registration system.
Enter your Login Name and Password.
From the HOME page click on My Account in the upper right corner.
Select Renew Memberships, under Online Service in the left hand column.
Click the Renew button that lines up with your annual family Pool Pass. *You may see other memberships that you have listed here such as tennis or fitness.
Add it to your card and finish your transaction. If you have not already done so, please stop into Olympic or one of our community centers to get your picture taken and to pick up your new Play Pass membership card that will include your SplashPass membership.
If you do not have an online account, you will need to set one up at this time. – – Create a New Account.
You can't renew your pass online if you:
1. Want a Summer only SplashPass.
2. Need to add or delete a person to your family pass.
3. Want to change your type of pass, i.e. from summer to annual.
4. Your current pass is expired.
In these cases you must renew in person and show proper residence verification for all members as you did last year.
