- Graduating from Swim School
- When your child graduates from Swim School you have two options. First, you may choose to stay in the program for the duration of that session to continue to develop endurance. The second option offers a prorated refund for the remaining classes. Which ever option you would prefer, make sure to clearly communicate it with your Lesson Coordinator. We will take care of the rest.

- Lesson Coordinator's Role
- A Lesson Coordinator will be on hand while while lessons are being conducted at each of our pools. The Lesson Coordinator oversees all aspects of lessons at their individual park: monitoring progress of swimmers, approving all skills, moving those who have completed all necessary skills in a station, and supervising the instructors.

- Lesson Instructor's Role
- Instructors are responsible for supplying general instruction and completing checklists. All of our instructors are trained by the park district. It is our intention to keep the same instructor with a class throughout the session. Although we attempt this, your child may not always have the same instructor. In order to maintain consistency, we have implemented check-off sheets, lesson plans, pre-season trainings, seasonal in-service trainings, and surveys to maintain the quality of lessons. With these steps we feel confident that the quality of lessons remains high.
