SUMMARY:Spring TriARCathon
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our first-ever Spring TriARCathon on Saturday\, March 21! Where athletes of all ages can compete in an indoor sprint triathlon. \nWhether you prefer to walk or run\, this is a fantastic opportunity to stay active\, challenge yourself and experience everything ARC has to offer. We are excited to roll out mixed waves this year. \nThe event runs as followed: \n\n10 minute swim\n10 minute transition\n20 minute bike (on the spin bike)\n10-minute transition\n15-minute run (on the track)\n\nAge groups have changed since the Fall TriARCathon. This spring\, participants can register by “wave” time slots. \n\nSeniors (55 & up)\nAdults (16-55)\nYouth (9-15)\nMixed (All ages 9 & older)\n\nRegister  \nWe are looking for volunteers to help with the event! Volunteers would help with counting laps\, recording mileage and directing the event flow. Volunteer hours can be counted towards Harper Promise\, Scouts of America and many more organizations. We can provide signatures on volunteer hours if needed. If you’re interested\, please email Ila Nathanson.
