DESCRIPTION:The Arlington Heights Park District is leading a new planning initiative for Lake Terramere Park and will be submitting an application for funding assistance through the Illinois Department of Natural Resources OSLAD Grant. Members of the public are invited to attend an upcoming in-person community open house to review the preliminary project design concepts. Proposed improvements include: \n\nNew Playground\nShoreline Stabilization\nFishing Pier\nPicnic Shelter\nTable Games\nAdult Fitness Equipment\nUpdated/expanded Asphalt Walking Paths\n\nOpen House Meeting Detail Options: \n\nDates: Wednesday\, July 8 or Wednesday\, July 15\nTime: 5:30–7PM\nLocation: Lake Terramere Park | 10 N. Kennicott Ave\, Arlington Heights\n\nAll members of the public are invited to attend and are welcome to stop in anytime during either of the open house meeting dates to review the proposed concepts\, ask questions and provide written comments. \nWe look forward to seeing you there and hearing your thoughts on the future of Lake Terramere Park.
