Annual Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony

From the Veterans Memorial Committee of Arlington Heights: 
Memorial Day is dedicated to honoring and remembering our Nation’s Fallen Heroes. In Arlington Heights, we especially honor and remember Arlington’s Fallen Heroes – the 58 individuals from our town who died in the service of our Nation.

The Veterans Memorial Committee is hosting its annual Memorial Day Parade and Memorial Ceremony on May 30, 2022. The parade is expected to include approximately 3,000 marchers with 5,000 - 8,000 viewers. The Memorial Day Ceremony at Memorial Park has been attended by approximately 1,500 people. 

Memorial Day Parade: Monday, May 30th at 9:30 a.m. 
The Arlington Heights Memorial Day Parade will take place Monday, May 30th, beginning at 9:30 a.m. The parade route begins on Sigwalt Street, in front of Village Hall and will travel west across Arlington Heights Rd., before turning right/north on Dunton Ave. The route travels north to Euclid and turns left/west, before traveling left/south on Chestnut. The parade ends at Memorial Park on Chestnut and Fremont Streets. 

Memorial Ceremony at Memorial Park at 11 a.m. 
At the conclusion of the parade, a Memorial Ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. at Memorial Park at Chestnut and Fremont Streets.
