Senior Center Open House
Date and Time: Tuesday, March 8, 8:30am to Noon
This complimentary event will familiarize you with recreation and leisure activities from the Arlington Heights Park District at the Senior Center. The event will be held in conjunction with the Arlington Heights Senior Service Fair where you can obtain information from over 30 retirement, independent living, assisted living, and home care health companies and communities throughout the suburbs all in one visit. This is the perfect time to visit the Senior Center and see what we have to offer you!
Stop in all morning to meet instructors and view samples of classes like Jewelry Design, Felt Pin, Book Page Wreath, Quilting, Knitting, Crochet, Studio Art, Multi-Media Art and more!
- Take a tour of the Athletic Club and Wood Shop.
- Register for upcoming classes and events on the spot in the Park District Office.

8:30-10:00am - Complimentary coffee and breakfast snacks

8:40-9:45am - Participate observe our daily Fun & Fit aerobics class (space permitting, must sign waiver to participate)

10:15-10:45am - Entertainers, Those Funny Little People, will perform in the Dance Room

11:15-12:15am - Observe our Intermediate and Advanced Tai Chi Classes
Entertainers: Those Funny Little People, have been featured on America's Got Talent.
An entertainment act like nothing you've seen before. Those Funny Little People bring polished performances that are a mix of comedy, music, dance and audience interaction. With their expressive, animated faces and intricate choreography, the Little People will put on a show that will leave you amazed and entertained. The Little People were finalists on America's Got Talent and loved by the audiences and judges alike. They will perform in the Dance Room from 10:15-10:45am.
