    It’s official! The name of the new dog park at Melas Park is Canine Commons. Thank you to all who participated in our online naming contest. We received hundreds of submissions and asked residents to vote for their favorite out of three names. They were Bark-a-Lot; Scentral Park and Canine Commons. After tallying up the votes Canine Commons emerged as the winner.
