Arlington Heights Park District Receives Budget Award for 22nd Consecutive Year

The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) presented the Arlington Heights Park District (AHPD) with a Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2023.

Winter Weather Notice: Programs & Facilities

Due to the Winter Weather Advisory, all programs after 4PM today are cancelled. Recreation, Camelot & Pioneer Community Centers as well as Heritage Tennis Club and Forest View Racquet & Fitness Club will close at 4PM. Arlington Ridge Center will remain open until 9PM or as weather permits.

Park Paths Snow Removal

The recent sleet and freezing rain storm event of December 28, 2015 has rendered many paths slippery and in some cases difficult to cross. Park staffs were able to get to all 58 park sites at least once during the day and evening of the 28th but overnight those paths froze over again.
