The Capitol Steps
Skokie, IL - Thursday, January 23

Dinner at Jameson's Charhouse – Skokie

A sideways glance at American Government, The Capitol Steps is a troupe of current and former Congressional staffers who have created their very own political musical satire. Taking a humorous look at the personalities on Capitol Hill and in the Oval Office, this show tackles the serious issues of the day with laughs and musical pizzazz! Many of the 'Steps' have given up their day jobs and turned satirical comedy into their livelihoods. Collectively they have worked in 18 Congressional offices and represent 62 years of collective House and Senate staff experience! They are strictly bi-partisan, so everyone is fair game. While even the most serious subjects don't escape their scrutiny, the frothy (and very catchy) musical treatment guards against any slip into bad taste. Main floor seating.

Motorcoach departs at 4:15pm and returns at approximately 10:00pm.

The Rat Pack is Back!
Rosemont, IL - Friday, January 31

Experience the ritz and allure of classic Vegas with this swinging party of a show! The “Rat Pack is Back!” transports the audience back through time and space to a balmy night circa 1960 when four show business legends -- Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Joey Bishop and Dean Martin -- converged at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas for the first time. These stars delivered style with substance, swing with swagger and a non-stop party to which everyone wanted access.

The Rat Pack is back, and do it “just one more time.” What ensues is an uncanny recreation of one of the Rat Pack’s raucous, antic-filled performances, featuring Bishop’s hilarious comedy and performances of such standards as Sinatra’s “You Make Me Feel So Young,” “A Foggy Day,” Martin’s “That’s Amoré” and Davis’ “Mr. Bojangles.” Backing the singers is a swinging 12-piece live orchestra performing period perfect orchestrations.

Motorcoach departs at 6:30pm and returns at approximately 10:30pm.

Saturday Night Fever
Fort Atkinson, WI - Wednesday, February 5

Capturing the historic flavor of disco-mania in New York City, this energetic musical is based on Nik Cohn’s 1975 New York Magazine article “Tribal Rites of the New Saturday Night” and Norman Wexler’s 1977 film. Powered by the chart-breaking hits of the Bee Gees, the pulsating score includes “Stayin’ Alive,” “If I Can’t Have You,” “How Deep is Your Love,” “Boogie Shoes,” and “Disco Inferno.”

Lunch starts with Freshly Baked Bread, an Asian Salad (Asian Vegetable Mix with Chicken, Cashews, and Sweet Sour Dressing topped with Fried Rice Noodles), Roast Pork Tenderloin Sliced and Crowned with Plum Sauce, served with Parmesan Risotto, Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower.
