Location: Dryden Elementary School AM
Jake Braceros is the morning Site Director at Dryden CAP. This is his first year, and he is extremely excited to meet all the children. He recently graduated from North Central College with a degree in Sociology. Jake is currently attending National-Louis University to pursue a Masters degree in Elementary Education. This is Jake’s 6th year working for the park district; for the past three summers he was the Site Director at Pioneer Day Camp. Along with working CAP, he coaches freshman girls volleyball at Rolling Meadows and is a teaching assistant in the early childhood program at Greenbrier School.

Samantha Doro is the afternoon Assistant Site Director at Windsor CAP. Samantha attended Windsor CAP as a child. She has been working for the park district for five years. She is double majoring in accounting and statistics. She enjoys rock climbing and scuba diving.

Location: Greenbrier Elementary School AM/PM
Jane Treppa is the Site Director at Greenbrier CAP. This is her third year as Site Director, but has worked for CAP for ten years. In addition to CAP, she has taught at First Presbyterian Church’s PDO program for the past 15 years. She has three children. In her spare time, she likes to read and scrapbook. Disney and Detroit sports teams are her true loves, and she enjoys sharing these with her CAP children. Jane holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Elementary Education from Roosevelt University.

Location: Juliette Low Elementary School AM/PM
Joyce Moens is the Juliette Low CAP Site Director. This is her 6th year working for the CAP program. Prior to working at CAP, she was a nanny and worked at a private child care. Joyce and her husband are proud parents of three hardworking children. Joyce enjoys spending time with her family, friends, trying new recipes, the theater, and playing with her two family dogs.

Kathy Hatfield is the morning Site Director at Pioneer and the interim Site Director at Recreation Park in the afternoon. She also oversees the CARTE program (CAP Art Enrichment). Kathy has been involved with the CAP program for over 20 years, and she still loves it! Kathy has three grown sons and seven grandchildren. Kathy graduated from the University of Illinois – go ILLINI!

Location: Ivy Hill School AM/PM
Eric Staab is the Site Director at Ivy Hill CAP this year. This is his first year as a CAP Site Director, and he have very excited to meet all the children. Eric has a Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State in History & Secondary Education, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. He plans on working with students hoping to study abroad. He enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and playing different sports.
This is his 6th year at the Arlington Heights Park District. He previously worked a year at Westgate CAP and spent two years as the Site Director of Heritage Day Camp. This past summer, he was a counselor at Pioneer Day Camp.

Colleen Hagen is the Riley CAP Site Director. This is her second year as site director and 5th year with the CAP program. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband and daughter. Colleen also enjoys photography. Colleen looks forward to another great year.

Felicia Reinhard is the Site Director at Olive CAP. This is her 12th year working for the park district and third year as Site Director. When she is not at Olive, she loves to travel and spend time with friends.

Agnes Roberts (Robbie) is returning to Patton CAP as Site Director for her 14th year. She has actually been part of the Patton community for the last 26 years as all four of her grown children have been Patton Panthers. She absolutely loves working in the Patton community! Besides spending time with family, Agnes enjoys reading, walking and cheering on the Chicago Blackhawks. Agnes is always looking for ways to stay active and you have probably seen her walking around Arlington Heights to get her 5 miles in each day. Agnes has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Illinois University.

My name is Marie Droske and I am looking forward to another year as PM Site Director at Pioneer. This is my third year working in the CAP program. I also teach preschool and art classes through the Arlington Heights Park District. Prior to working with the park district I was an Associate Director at a learning center and a fourth grade teacher. I consider it an honor to be entrusted with the care of your children and I promise to uphold the CAP program philosophy. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with family and friends whether it be out to dinner and a movie or sitting at home with a bowl of popcorn and Netflix!

Andrew Younger is the Poe CAP Site Director. Andrew is a recent graduate from Illinois Wesleyan with a degree in English and History. He was a four-year collegiate swimmer and currently coaches at Reach Aquatics. Currently he is pursuing a Masters in Education at National-Louis University.

Megan Ewald is the Recreation Park CAP Site Director. She has worked for the park district for three years. Meghan currently attends Northeastern University and will be graduating in Spring. In the past year she also worked for NWSRA as an aide. She is most excited about working at a new CAP site and getting it off the ground and running! In her spare time she loves to do anything with art.

Eric Moens is the Site Director at Windsor CAP. This is his 4th year, and he is ready for another fun-filled year. Eric brings over 10 years of experience with the Arlington Heights Park District. He enjoys playing softball and rooting for the Chicago White Sox. Eric holds a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture from Illinois State University.
