A job offer letter stating the position title, salary and start date is generated by the superintendent of human resources and forwarded to the new employee for his or her signature. The following is also coordinated through the superintendent of human resources: Criminal background check, post-offer physical with drug screen, credit check and educational background verification (as applicable), driver's abstract check, and TB test (if handling food or beverages). The superintendent of human resource will also provide the new hire paperwork to the new employee for completion.
