| ARC a Diem | A challenging full-body workout using rowers, indoor cycling bikes and TRX straps. Each workout will focus on strength, endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness. | |
| Barre | High energy, full-body workout with ballet-inspired techniques (no ballet experience needed!) to help develop lean muscle mass while improving balance, flexibility and range of motion. | |
| Body Combat | |
A high-energy martial-inspired workout. It’s non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. |

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories. |
| CORE | Get a stronger core in just 30 minutes! Les Mills Core provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body while chiseling your waist line. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All moves have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. We also include hip, butt, and lower back exercises. | |

| Monday Mobility – Hipster Yoga | |
Start your week off with mobility and yoga. After a weekend road trip or hours of sitting in the bleachers watching youth spots you need to loosen up your hips and stretch out. Not just a “hip opener”, this class focuses on strengthening and stretching the muscles supporting the hips as well as strengthening the core and legs. |
| Power in Mobility | Enhance strength, flexibility, and balance through dynamic, full-body exercises and intentional stretching. Each class has mobility-focused stretches to help you move with greater ease and confidence. | |

A 45 min total body workout class for all fitness levels. R equals Resistance focusing on upper body, E-Endurance using mixed martial arts combinations to keep you moving and work mental and physical stamina with a focus on balance and stability; P is power focusing on power muscles: back, chest and legs; And S will be a core component. |
| Restorative Yoga | |
Learn how to allow yourself to slow down, be supportive, pay attention, grow present, and become comfortable with “being” rather than our usual “doing”. This beginner level friendly class will focus on stretching, breathing and holding postures to help find relief from the stress of our busy lives. |

| Strength & Sculpt | |
A total-body workout designed to build strength, define muscles, and boost endurance. This class combines targeted strength training with functional movements and finishing stretches to leave you feeling strong, energized, and sculpted from head to toe. |

Complete 4-minute exercise sequences broken down into intervals of 20 seconds high intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest. |
| TNT – Tone ‘n Tighten | High energy, low impact, workout to Tone ‘n Tighten your whole body. Workout with resistance band training that will focus on upper body, lower body and your core. | |
| TRX All Levels | This class covers the basics from how to quickly adjust the strap lengths to learning and mastering the foundational movements. *TRX training is adaptable to participants of all ability levels. | TRX Bootcamp | Take your TRX training to the next level! Building on the TRX foundational movements taught in the TRX Basics class this class will challenge your strength and core. While this is a multifunctional class focusing on exercises using the TRX Suspension Trainer we will incorporate other modalities to get your body strong. | |
| TRX Gold | TRX Gold is a 45 minute class and the pace is a little slower/easier than the TRX Basics class. We’ll use the TRX Suspension Trainer to work on improving balance, strengthen the posterior chain, improve posture, strength and mobility. This class will be done standing, and you will not have to transition from standing to the floor and back to standing. | Youth TRX Training | Geared for ages 10-17. Whether your child is in a sport or wants to improve their strength, mobility speed and balance this class will fit their needs. | Candlelight Yin Yoga | Deep floor stretches held for an extended amount of time to increase flexibility and release tension, melt into the poses. An intention will be offered at the beginning of each class with a short guided meditation. – Namaste | |

Personal Training
Start your personal fitness journey at ARC!
Work with our nationally certified personal trainer to design a workout program to meet your needs and help you achieve your fitness goals. Consultation with a trainer will be needed before booking your sessions. After your consultation and schedule set-up you will be given information on how to register for session payment. Each training session is 50 minutes long. Must be age 14 or older.

Ken Winans
Biography: I am a former college football player who has been physically active since high school. I keep active by playing competitive basketball, golfing in season and strength and condition training 4 days a week.
Background/Experience: Through education, observation and daily practice I have created workouts that I consider foolproof. I really enjoy the initial consultation so I can get a feel for what is necessary for individual success. What I teach is simple to execute but it is not easy.
Certification: ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Focus: I want to train those who are serious about getting fit. I encourage those I train to pick a sport or activity. Strength and cardiovascular training is something we all HAVE to do; a sport or activity is something we WANT to do. My strength and cardio training sessions are built as 30-minute work outs and I also include 20 minutes of mobility/flexibility.
Philosophy: STRENGTH IS CONFIDENCE
Megan Vaeth
Biography: I have a strong passion for health and wellness. I use a holistic approach of function and somatic training paired with a healthy diet to achieve my clients goals. I like to have fun, even in my workouts, and I enjoy training all ages and abilities
Background/Experience: I am experienced in personal training, partner training, Pilates and group fitness.
Certification: NASM
Focus: I specialize in functional strength, core and pelvic floor training for both performance and longevity. I design workouts to fit your lifestyle and achieve your personal fitness goals.
Philosophy: I believe fitness is the foundation to a healthy life and spirit.
Adult Drop-In Fitness Orientation
Our Adult Fitness Drop-In Orientation is the perfect opportunity for you to get personalized guidance on using the equipment in our Fitness Center. Whether you’re new to working out or have specific questions about certain machines, our certified trainer is available to assist you during this informal session.

Youth Ages 11-13 Youth Orientation
- If your child is between the ages of 11-13 years and you both have a FITPass or PLUSPass membership, you can register for a Youth Fitness Center Orientation
- Once you and your child attend an orientation you will be eligible to bring them into the ARC Fitness Center and supervise their workouts
- A parent must be in attendance with their child/children for the duration of the orientation and must provide direct supervision of their child in the fitness center any time they come to work out in ARC Fitness Center
