Roster/Wavier:
Each team is required to submit a new team roster every season. The roster serves as the Park District liability waiver for individual players and must be completed and signed by EVERY player. Each team will set up their own profile in QuickScores (our scheduling software) and use this profile to create a team roster and collect electronic player signatures for the waiver. Once teams have registered, I will email instructions to the team captain on how to complete the roster/waiver process.

The Arlington Heights Park District offers Saturday morning Pre T-Ball and T-Ball classes and weekday Pre T-Ball, T-Ball, and Rookie Ball leagues beginning the week of June 10th. Registration opens at 10am on Tuesday April 2nd for Park District residents and on Tuesday, April 9th for non-residents. All sessions are held outdoors.
Enthusiastic Park District staff coach both programs, teaching players proper throwing, catching, hitting, and batting techniques. Both programs are instructional and neither have prerequisites at any level (Pre-T, T-Ball or Rookie Ball). Players should register according to their age/grade rather than their experience.
In Pre T-Ball and T-Ball, players learn to hit from a tee. In Rookie Ball, players learn to hit a coach-pitched ball. League players receive a Park District hat and t-shirt.
Weekday leagues meet twice a week. For the first 2-3 weeks, players learn skills and techniques through fun drills and short scrimmages. By the end of week three, players in each practice time slot are split into two teams, and those two teams scrimmage each other for the full session for the remainder of the season. Coaches continue to demonstrate and reinforce techniques during scrimmages. Leagues and classes meet at the following locations:
