The Comprehensive Master Plan outlines the organizational strategies and goals for all aspects of District operations, including community needs assessment, financial planning, human resources management, park maintenance, property acquisition and development, facilities management, and program offerings. This plan is a reflection of the evolving community landscape and the evolving needs of our constituents and it serves as a roadmap for the District’s proposed strategies to effectively meet these needs and desires. The District reviews and updates its Comprehensive Master Plan every five years.
