The Arlington Heights Park District publishes Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and bid specifications for a variety of projects, programs and products. Bids, RFPs and RFQs are published in local newspapers in compliance with local, state and federal laws. A summary of current project descriptions is listed below. Details are available by contacting the department specified in the announcement. You may also contact the department by phone, mail or email to request to be included on a list of vendors surveyed for specific projects. The Park District recently partnered with DemandStar, a nationwide online marketplace that connects suppliers and contractors with government procurement projects. You can also register with DemandStar by listing the Arlington Heights Park District as your Free Agency and receive timely notifications of project opportunities.

CLOSED Pond Bank Stabilization at Arlington Lakes Golf Course This is a re-bid and the specifications have changed. Scope of this project includes site excavation, grading, soil stabilization, erosion control and landscaping as required in the specifications. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10 AM on 2/13/2023 at Arlington Lakes Golf Course. Proposals are due by 1:00 PM on 2/20/2023 at the Administration Center for a public bid opening.
