Effective Monday January 25, ARC will offer additional programming due to mitigation roll backs.
Reservations are still required. We are still able to allow up to 30 people per session for the fitness center and 20 on the track. Please watch your distance, and wear your face covering. Please stay home if you are not feeling well.
Changes:
Group exercise classes are back beginning Monday January 25 for both land and water.
Added back deep water specific swim times for 4 people per session and expanded the wellness pool time to 6 people.
All of our locker rooms are open. It is still a best practice to come ready to work out, and leave when you are done.
Lap swim is expanded to 2 people per lane.
Swim times for laps, deep water, and wellness pool have been adjusted. Some remain at 1 hour, others have shortened to 45 minutes.
Returned to 30 minutes gaps between pool sessions to allow for the increased number of users to use the locker rooms and vacate before the next group arrives. Our new plan allows for an additional 588 users a week.
Muskies Swim Team will begin Tuesday January 26.
Group swim lessons will begin the week of February 1.
Additional programming will ramp back up over the next few weeks. This will include youth sports in the gym and pool along with more aquatic programming.
Remain in effect:
Face coverings must be worn at all times, including while engaged in individual exercise regardless of person or machine spacing.
Individual workout stations will remain in the gym and will be available when fitness classes are not in session. This includes access to spin bikes, rowers, and weights. Reservations are required.
Gym basketball shoot around sessions for individuals and families.
Face coverings can be removed prior to swimming, but must be put back on when you exit the pool.
