Holly turned professional in 1979 at age 22, playing professionally in the United States for 5 years and then competing on the Japanese LPGA for 5 years, winning two titles and representing Japan against the US in 1989.  Holly comes to the Arlington Heights Park District with a wealth of knowledge and the dedication to teach the game of golf especially to junior golfers.  Please welcome Holly to our golf instructor team.  She looks forward to helping anyone with their golf swing!

Rich Grutzmacher

Rich started playing golf over 50 years ago.  Rich loves the game of golf and learning more and more every day.  Rich has been teaching at the Arlington Heights Park District since last season.  Rich enjoys seeing his students improve from lesson to lesson.  His wealth of experience and knowledge of the golf swing allows him to keep a single digit handicap.

Sae Yoon

Sae started teaching golf over 40 years ago because he loves the game of golf and loves to share his knowledge he has learned over those 40 years.  Sae promotes the game of golf and makes sure that all his students have a positive mental attitude.  The many relationships Sae has forged over his years of teaching is a major highlight in his career.  Golf provides one with a game that can be played for life, and establishing the right techniques makes it fun to play!

Peter Bryl

Peter Bryl has been a golf instructor for almost 20 years. The emphasis for Peter is to make sure his students have fun no matter what age. Another priority is to work with the students to improve their golf game. Peter is very patient and positive when giving lessons.  If you need a laugh, just ask for a joke from Peter, he always has plenty to tell.

Rory Conroy

Rory started teaching golf camps and clinics last summer while being a PGA Associate.  Rory is attending Illinois State University and just finished his junior year.  Rory is our PGA Junior League Coach and enjoys teaching the game to junior golfers.  When Rory isn’t giving lessons or working at the golf courses he can be found working on his golf game at the driving range or playing on the course.

Bryan Cox

Bryan is our General Manager of Golf Operations and has been with the Arlington Heights Park District for just over a year now. Bryan has been teaching the game of golf for over 15 years.  Bryan enjoys teaching the game of golf because no two swings are the same and each golfer is unique.  While Bryan would like to teach more, he has other obligations and defers to the other great Arlington Heights Park District Golf Instructors.
