This service center is located on the west side of the building and is used for grounds maintenance of the course. An office, lunchroom and vehicle bay are on premise. The building is not open to the public. The east side of the building is managed by the Village of Arlington Heights Police Department while the multi-storied tower that resides just south of the parking lot is used by the Village of Arlington Heights Fire Department.
