More and more research has revealed the benefits of exercise on not only a person’s quality of life but also their longevity. Staying healthy and independent is a lifelong job. And with more of us living longer, life itself has definitely become a marathon.

Youth fitness is one of the fastest growing sections of the fitness industry. Youth fitness is an important way to treat and prevent obesity prior to it causing a lifetime of health problems.

Class descriptions:

Strengthen your muscles while we focus on the three main lifts - Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. Each exercise will be done for a specific muscle group and with proper form.

Join us for an intense 45 minutes of speed, agility, and body weight strength training. Class is not sport specific but every drill we do will improve you as an athlete.

A great class to substitute for physical education or to help your child be ready to compete. Multi-functional exercises will improve your young athlete's quickness and agility plus core strengthening will help them move better on the athletic field or court.

Students will learn fun poses to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and focus through an engaging and energizing yoga practice. They will also go home with lifelong tools that will teach them how to deepen their breathing and lung capacity, calm their minds, and cope with both internal and external stressors.
