Namaslay Yoga - Yoga for Teens: Yoga gives you the tools to navigate your world and the challenges that come your way. Face your challenges armed with self-confidence, awareness, focus, strength, and flexibility. In this 8-week series, you will not only learn about yoga poses, but you will also learn to reflect on your physical practice to gain insight, get honest, and tap into your own greatness. Believe in yourself. Defy your limits. All you have to do is show up... dress comfortably for movement and bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel.
Family Flow Yoga: This yoga class is geared for children ages 5-11 with a parent/caregiver. Additional children may attend for an added fee of $5 each. Participants will experience a themed yoga class along with yoga games. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat for each participant.
