Arlington Heights Park District Aquatics Team Earns Exceeds Expectations Rating
The Arlington Heights Park District is proud to announce that its aquatics staff recently achieved an “Exceeds Expectations” rating on their unannounced lifeguard audit from Ellis & Associates. This prestigious rating is the highest an agency can receive for lifeguard safety practices and overall performance.
“We are incredibly proud of our Aquatics Staff for their endless commitment to ensuring the safety of our facilities and patrons,” said Superintendent of Recreation Facilities Lindsey Robertson. “Their consistent focus was essential in achieving this milestone and emphasizes our commitment to teamwork and customer service.”
Ellis & Associates is a lifeguard certifying agency which consists of three core audits: lifeguard observations, simulated emergency evaluations, and facility operations and management. These detailed audits are designed to ensure the highest level of accountability for lifeguards and to guarantee the safety of all patrons and aquatic facilities within the Arlington Heights Park District.
