The Arlington Heights Park District is applying for the National Gold Medal Award, which recognizes park and recreation agencies that demonstrate excellence in long-range planning, resource management, innovative programming and fiscally responsible operations. As part of the application process, we are inviting community members to share their feedback through a brief survey.
