Room + Gym Rental Package
Are you an athlete, a sports fan, or do you just have energy to burn? We have the rental package for you! Rent the activity room at Camelot, Pioneer, or Recreation Parks, and add-on the exclusive use of the adjacent gym for the entire time of your rental but only pay for an hour of gym time (please be aware, the Recreation Park building is not ADA accessible).
Room rental includes tables and chairs and some kitchenette amenities, and you’re welcome to bring in food, non-alcoholic beverages, and light decorations. Gym rental includes the gym itself but not sports equipment, and not all activities are allowed in gyms. Please be specific about planned activities in your rental application.
Hiring an entertainer or company for activities in either the room or gym?
- Include details about the contractor, the planned activities, and any equipment that will be brought on-site on the Rental Application.
- Contractors may need to provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the Arlington Heights Park District (410 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004) as additionally insured for $1,000,000 for the date of the event before we approve a permit. Depending on the nature of the activity, other documentation may be required.

Poolside Party Room Rental Package| During Open Swim
Reserve a party room during open swim for a fun and fantastic swim party!
Party rooms seat up to 32 people, and reservations include 40 wristbands allowing you to invite extra adults to help supervise younger guests. All attendees two years and up must wear a wristband to access pool decks and the party room. Renters are responsible for room set up and clean up, distributing wristbands, and for supervising their guests at all times.
