Youth ages 11-13yr Youth Orientation
Must attend an orientation with a parent to be allowed into the ARC Fitness Center.
Parent must be present for the orientation and be in the fitness center with their child during workouts.

Members ages 14+
Members ages 11-13yrs must be accompanied by parent or family member over 18yrs of age and must complete a Youth Fitness Orientation before allowed to use the fitness center.

Registration for each class is required
Register for your class up to 3 days in advance
Must have your All-in Pass with picture when checking in at front desk
Members ages 14yr+
Participants and equipment will be spaced out to ensure social distancing
Bring your own mat
Classes marked with a "(V)" will be shown virtually as well as be held in-person
You will receive the Zoom link for your class once you register, the link will be in the receipt for class once you register.

Fitness Class Descriptions:
ARC a DIEM - 

A challenging full-body workout using rowers, indoor cycling bikes and TRX straps. Each workout will focus on strength, endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness
BARRE - 

High energy, full-body workout with ballet-inspired techniques (no ballet experience needed!) to help develop lean muscle mass while improving balance, flexibility and range of motion.
BODY COMBAT 

A high-energy martial-inspired workout. It’s non-contact and there are no complex moves to master
BODY PUMP 
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories
BODYPUMP EXPRESS 
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP Express gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories in a quick 45-minute workout. It'll also tone and shape your body, without adding bulky muscles
INDOOR CYCLING 
Our indoor cycling class will focus on cardio challenges and hill climbs that are suited for all participant levels
TABATA 

Complete 4-minute exercise sequences broken down into intervals of 20 sec. high intensity work followed by 10 sec. of rest
WERQ 
A fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock and hip hop music
YOGA - STRENGTH & BALANCE 

A well-rounded class that promotes a balance between strength and flexibility
YOGA - TONE & SCULPT 

Boost your metabolism and build lean muscle when you incorporate full body yoga flow movements with light weights and moves like lunges, squats and bicep curls
YOGA - MONDAY MOBILITY - HIPSTER 
Start your week off with mobility and yoga. After a weekend road trip or hours of sitting in the bleachers watching youth spots you need to loosen up your hips and stretch out. Not just a "hip opener", this class focuses on strengthening and stretching the muscles supporting the hips as well as strengthening the core and legs.
ZUMBA 
Latin-inspired dance fitness program that blends red hot international music and contagious dance steps
Youth Fitness Classes ages 10-14 yrs
Classes are included with Fit, Splash or Plus Pass
