Fitness Class Descriptions:
ARC a DIEM
Join us for a coach inspired group workout for a unique and challenging full-body workout using TRX straps, Rowers and Cycling bikes. Each class will focus on strength, endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness.
A high-energy martial-inspired workout. It’s non-contact and there are no complex moves to master
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP Express gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories in a quick 45-minute workout. It'll also tone and shape your body, without adding bulky muscles
We integrate modern physical therapy, functional training, high intensity interval training, yoga, and calisthenics to provide safe and lasting results
BOOT CAMP/ CONDITIONING
OUTSIDE on POOL DECK or GRASSY FIELD ☼ ☼ ☼ (6am class will be on outdoor basketball court) Develop your speed, power, and agility with this interval training class. This workout includes a variety of directional runs and bodyweight exercises to improve your cardio, speed, and agility, as well as core conditioning to improve strength and balance. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat. If the weather isn't nice we will be in our fitness studio. Scan in at the front desk before you head back outside. Our front desk will tell you where to go.
BOOT CAMP/ STRENGTH
Boot Camp: Strength Develop your strength, balance, and power with this 45 minute class. This dynamic workout includes interval and/or repetition training using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to improve your balance, strength, and sculpt your core. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat. Resistance bands will be provided for you. Class will be held outdoors on the basketball court next to the playground, weather permitting, or indoors in the gymnasium if the weather does not cooperate.
Not just a "hip opener", this class focuses on strengthening and stretching the muscles supporting the hips as well as strengthening the core and legs.
Our indoor cycling class will focus on cardio challenges and hill climbs that are suited for all participant levels
INDOOR CYCLING / STRENGTH CIRCUIT
Class will focus on cardio and core strength challenges that are suited for all participant levels through cardio training on the bike plus off-bike core strength workout
Your heart will be pumping and your strength challenged in this low impact high intensity interval style combination of rowing and resistance training for a full body workout
Complete 4-minute exercise sequences broken down into intervals of 20 sec. high intensity work followed by 10 sec. of rest
A fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock and hip hop music
STRENGTH & BALANCE YOGA
A well-rounded class that promotes a balance between strength and flexibility
TRX GOLD (lite)
TRX Gold is a 45 minute class and the pace is a little slower/easier than the TRX Basics class. We’ll use the TRX Suspension Trainer to work on improving balance, strengthen the posterior chain, improve posture, strength and mobility. This class will be done standing, and you will not have to transition from standing to the floor and back to standing.
TRX BASIC (moderate)
Are you new to using the TRX Suspension Trainer or would you like to improve your skills? This class covers the basics from how to quickly adjust the strap lengths to learning and mastering the foundational movements. *TRX training is adaptable to participants of all ability levels. By changing your angle and vector an exercise can be scaled back or become even more challenging.
TRX BOOTCAMP (extreme)
Take your TRX training to the next level! Building on the TRX foundational movements taught in the TRX Basics class this class will challenge your strength and core. While this is a multifunctional class focusing on exercises using the TRX Suspension Trainer we will incorporate other modalities to get your body strong.
YOGA Tone & Sculpt
Boost your metabolism and build lean muscle when you incorporate full body yoga flow movements with lite weights and moves like lunges, squats and bicep curls.
