The Park District offers many different dance classes conducted by incredibly talented instructors. We have Ballroom Dance, Line Dance, Round Dance, Square Dance, Tap Dance, Flamenco Dance and Zumba Gold. Classes and workshops are offered during the week, on the weekend, and even in the evening.

This is a new dance fitness experience designed for adults of all abilities. Classes begin with easy-to-follow therapeutic movements that integrate the upper and lower body. The warm up flows into dance styles inspired by a wide variety of musical genres. Each week focuses on a different musical and dance style. Learn more.
This class focuses on Tap, a truly American dance style. Students will exercise while practicing tap technique and choreography.
This aerobics class is a combination of exercise and dance set to Latin and international music. The music puts the fun back into fitness with a little salsa, merengue, mambo and more!
