Solid Waste Collection and Disposal

SCOPE OF WORK
The contractor shall provide, in a good workmanlike manner, the services called for and described herein which shall consist of all supervision, labor, and all other items necessary to provide the Park District with complete refuse collection, removal, and disposal and to complete said work in accordance with the provision.  The Park District currently has 16 facilities requiring differing degrees of refuse collection.

Arlington Lakes Golf Club Fencing Replacement

SCOPE OF WORK
Removal and replacement of approximately 825 linear feet of fencing along the Northeast
side of the golf course (between Central Rd and Magnolia St). New fencing should be 6-foot., black powdercoated aluminum “Michigan Style”. Alternates 1-4 are also posted as additional fencing, netting and gate work (as described in the bid documents).

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Arlington Lakes Golf Course, 1211 S. New Wilke Rd., Arlington Heights, Illinois, on Wednesday, September 16 at 10:00 AM. This meeting will be used to review the Specifications and give any Bidders the opportunity to discuss any concerns with the owner.

Camelot Swimming Pool Interior Finish

SCOPE OF WORK
Sand blast or grinding to remove existing coatings on pool floor, walls, stairs, in both Main and Dive pools; prime and seal joints; apply epoxy coating (paint) to all pool surfaces, lane lines and targets. This project is anticipated to begin: after September 1, 2026 and be completed by May 1, 2027 – weather permitting. Hasbrook Park Site Improvements

SCOPE OF WORK
Playground improvements consisting of proposed excavation, subgrade grading and installation, concrete sidewalk/pathway ADA improvements, HMA pathway removal and replacement, storm sewer underdrain removal and replacement, concrete curb improvements, ornamental fencing, restoration, and misc. associated improvements as shown in the plans and specifications. An alternate #1 deduct is included as outlined on the plans and specifications should it be selected.

Tennis Court Replacement – Camelot Park

SCOPE OF WORK
