In a special meeting at the end of business today, Friday, March 13, and in the interest of taking further precautionary measures after cancelling all programs earlier in the day, the Park Board of Commissioners decided to close several recreation facilities until further notice in an effort to prevent the community spread of the COVID-19 virus. Additionally, all rentals at our facilities are cancelled until further notice. Recreation programming at all facilities is cancelled as long as area schools remain closed.
Effective Sat., March 14th, the following operational changes will impact these facilities until further notice. Operational changes will be re-evaluated on 3/31/2020.
Arlington Ridge Center fitness center, and walking track will be restricted to Members 18 and older; Pools are closed; No group exercise classes; No open gym available.
All existing memberships will be extended accordingly.

Camelot, Frontier, Heritage, Pioneer, and Recreation Park Community Centers – CLOSED
The only exceptions are March 17 Election Day polling at Camelot, Frontier, Heritage and Pioneer

Arlington Lakes Golf Club, Nickol Knoll Golf Club and Sunset Meadows Driving Range - CLOSED

The Arlington Heights Historical Museum - CLOSED

Lake Arlington Boathouse - CLOSED; the path will remain open; bathrooms are closed

Forest View Fitness and Racquet Club and Heritage Tennis Club Only group lessons are cancelled. Permanent court time, one on one lessons, and personal training for ages 18+ will run as scheduled. Members should call the club with questions.

The Park District Administration Center – CLOSED to the public
